When a customer pays an invoice, the funds go directly to your Stripe account. Stripe deducts processing fees. BldrOS takes a transparent platform fee. The rest is deposited to your bank within 2 business days.

Invoice Types

BldrOS supports three invoice types tied to the project lifecycle. Deposits collected on estimate acceptance. Progress invoices at milestones. Final invoice on completion. You choose when and how much.
- Deposit — collected automatically when customer accepts an estimate
- Progress Invoice — bill at milestones to stay cash-flow positive
- Final Invoice — close the job cleanly with a final payment
- All invoices include a Pay Now button powered by Stripe
