You choose monthly or annual billing. Annual saves 20%. Your subscription covers platform access for your entire company — there are no per-seat charges. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
When your customers pay invoices through BldrOS, Stripe processes the payment. Stripe charges their standard processing fee (2.9% + $0.30). BldrOS applies a 0.5% platform fee on each transaction. Both fees are deducted before funds reach your bank. There are no hidden charges.
No. BldrOS never has custody of your funds. Payments flow directly from your customer to your Stripe account. Stripe deposits to your bank within 2 business days. BldrOS is the platform — Stripe is the processor.
Soft limits refer to the annual payment volume processed through your BldrOS invoices via Stripe. These are guidelines, not hard cutoffs. If you are approaching a limit, we will work with you on the right plan — not surprise you with an upgrade.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you pay the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing date.
Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at signup. Your card is not charged during the trial. On day 8, your selected plan activates automatically unless you cancel. One trial per organization — no exceptions.
You retain access through the end of your billing period. Your data remains available for 90 days after cancellation. You can export all data at any time. We do not hold your data hostage.
Yes — 20% off on all plans when billed annually. Starter drops to $79/month, Growth to $199/month, and Pro to $399/month.
